What Sets Us Apart
The Ginger Pig’s journey began in March 2015 when Chef Natascha Hess and her husband Steve dreamed of bringing authentic Asian street food to life. By July 2016, their food truck hit the streets, navigating the ups and downs of launching a new concept. Along the way, Natascha interned at Brazen, gaining invaluable lessons in professional kitchen techniques.
But the seeds for The Ginger Pig were planted long before the truck. Inspired by Nalu, her Chinese “Mom,” and her travels across Asia, Natascha’s vision grew from a passion for creating bold, flavorful dishes. Today, this vision thrives thanks to the dedication of an incredible team, bringing the spirit of collaboration and innovation to every meal.

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY
“I absolutely love The Ginger Pig. It's become a staple for our family. Haven't had a bad thing on the menu, but our go tos include the Korean fried chicken, French toast, and all the noodles. Not to mention the wonderful lanterns and seating, think it's one of Denver's gems.”

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY
“I don't know how it has taken us this long to find the Ginger Pig, thank goodness we did. A little bit of a drive for those of us in Englewood but worth every minute spent in rush hour traffic. Every dish we tried was fantastic. Don't miss the Hong Kong French Toast. To die for.”

What Our Guests Say
“One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We got 3 apps, 4 entrees and a dessert to share with 4 adults. So much delicious. We probably ordered a tad too much but everything was so great. Will be back every chance I get.”
